  2. Note in fine print that U of P, that little Scotch-Irish Presybterian hovel on New Jersey’s comfy Route 27 (I live 20 feet from the road), did OK too. It’s very competitive in America, training civil servants that everyone else can loathe.

  3. I agree, I agree, Richard. I wonder which one of us has Deans and donors who listen to us who might make that happen?
