Not sure what “FFS” means, but I get the general point. As a cyclist who commutes to USC from Glendale park & ride (13 miles) most mornings, there needs to be more bike infrastructure in our city.
“Protected” bike lanes seem like a huge luxury since we don’t even have enough regular un-protected structure out there: sharrow markings and painted bike lanes. Which makes upcoming myFig project seem like it’s almost too good to be true. There has to be a catch.
But motorist are the majority, they get what they want, and they want bikes related stuff gone, replaced by wider/faster/more dangerous streets.
