Places that the bust “missed”

According to Yahoo Real Estate, these are ten cities where the home priceshave gone up. Given that almost all of these are places where the median home sale price is less than a 20 percent downpayment for a condo in LA, I don’t know that you can call these robust markets..

A beautiful city from your iPhone

Fanguide offers an iPhone application that allows you to take six different “guided” tours of Chicago’s loop. I tested it out this morning–though, I admit, I was in loft in downtown Los Angeles and happy to be there given the weather situation everywhere *else*–and it’s great fun. Beats having to lug around a guidebook.
